All of us at Pro Cycling World want to assure you of an effortless shopping experience. For your convenience, we have put together some of our customers’ frequently asked questions.

SHIPPING:
What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance: our shipping fee calculator is linked to the United States Postal Service (USPS) web sites which provide quotes in real time from our Zip code to your Zip code, depending on the total weight of the items placed in your shopping cart.
  • International Purchases: Duties charged by customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with possible surcharges prior to purchasing. Packages returned due to failure to pay duties owed will be refunded minus any initial shipping as well as for the return.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we have customers from all over the Pro Cycling World
  • We ship via USPS Mail to most all countries in good standing with the USA around the world.
  • Most items are shipped Priority or Express Mail with tracking and insured.
  • USPS Express Mail - 3-5 Average Days to Deliver. NOT GUARANTEED
  • USPS Priority Mail - 6-10 Average Days to Deliver. NOT GUARANTEED
  • Some small items may have the option to ship via 1st Class International Mail. This service has no tracking available, and is quite variable on delivery times.
Do I have a choice in shipping carriers?

Yes, you may choose between the USPS and UPS(in the near future) within the USA, USPS only for international orders. Several choices of expedition are also offered.
  • Orders are processed and shipped daily with most shipping same day.
  • Expedited and Priority shipment orders received by us prior to 2:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and week ends), will be shipped that same day.
  • An email with delivery confirmation tracking will also be provided for US customers.
  • If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
  • International orders may take longer to deliver due to normal international shipping procedures and clearing customs.
  • Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt of the order. These duties cannot be determined nor paid by Pro Cycling World.
Can you ship to an address other than my own?

Yes! As a registered buyer, you may add a different shipping addresses at checkout time which will be stored for you for future purchases.
  • We are happy to ship gifts to family and friends and do so regularly.
  • The packing slip included in the box does not display pricing.
ORDER STATUS:
  • If registered with Pro Cycling World, your order status can be checked by logging to your account.
  • Additionally, all US customers will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your order's status.
  • To make changes to an order, please contact Customer Satisfaction Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, at 1.866
  • Please have your order number available to expedite our helping you.
PAYMENT:

What payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
  • You may also use your Paypal account to pay without disclosing your financial information.
  • Items are charged to your credit card account upon shipment.
  • Special orders are charged half-down with the balance due upon shipment.
